Barátok Belly Dance is a Minnesota-based dance company bringing colorful, high-energy, and engaging performances to festivals, restaurants, public and private events throughout the Midwest and across the United States.

In addition to live performances, we offer workshops, classes, and special programming. Our shows are vibrant and fun, with a focus on connection, celebration, and shared joy through dance. Our events are welcoming and open to all.

Barátok Belly Dance Company is a professional group of performers, classically trained in a variety of "belly dance" and many other dance forms. Our shows feature classic and modern Middle Eastern and North African music, along with a wide range of props including veils, wings, fanveils, swords, finger cymbals Tambourines and more. Our show are enjoyed by audiences of all ages. 

We have had the pleasure of performing at a wide variety of events, including birthdays, weddings, community events, haflas, private and corporate events, as well as major festivals such as the Minnesota Renaissance Festival, Nebraska Renaissance Festival, Siouxland Renaissance Festival, Arizona Renaissance Festival, The Viking Festival Minnesota and the Renaissance Faire at Sleepy Hollow in Des Moines, Iowa.
